Welcome to Outside the Business Boxes Podcast
Welcome to my new podcast.
I'm going to be discussing my personal history, business history, and what and how I became a successful chimney service and now have a management team running my operations. Yes I do not work anymore on day to day operations, I coach my management team.
I will be doing seasons. This first season is on the chimney industry as well as home services. It all flows together. This podcast is ABSOLUTELY for anyone that owns a business, especially a home services or contracting business.
